Mr. Liu has been serving in his current position since March 2022.

Mr. Liu started his career in July 1988 at National Audit Office of the People’s Republic of China (CNAO) , where he served as a staff member, Deputy Director and Director of CNAO Jinan Regional Office; Deputy Director General of CNAO Department of Public Finance Audit; Director General and Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of CNAO Changchun Regional Office; Director General of CNAO Department of Non-profit Government Agencies Audit; Director General of CNAO Law Department; and Member of CNAO Leading Party Members' Group.Mr. Liu is currently a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of CITIC Group Corporation; a member of the Executive Committee and Vice President of CITIC Ltd.; Vice President of CITIC Corporation Ltd.; and Chairman of CITIC Trust Corporation Ltd. Mr. Liu holds a Doctoral Degree in Economics. He is a CPC member, senior auditor and a certified public accountant.

Mr. Li has been serving in his current position since September 2022.

Mr. Li started his career in July 1994 at CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. (formerly known as CITIC Industrial Trust and Investment Co.). He was once head of CITIC Trust Comprehensive Financial Service Group, GM and Business Director of Investment Banking Division I. He was then appointed as Party Committee Member and Deputy GM, Deputy Party Secretary and GM, and Party Secretary and GM of CITIC Trust. Mr. Li is a CPC member, holds a Doctoral degree in Management and qualifies as a senior economist.

Mr. Hu has been serving in his current position since March 2020.

Mr. Hu started his career at the Agricultural Bank of China’s (ABC) branch in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, where he served as Deputy Chief of Financial Accounting Division. He then worked at the headquarters of the ABC, and subsequently took the posts as the Deputy Chief of the State Asset Management Division, the Accounting & Cashier Division and Chief of the Accounting Control Division I of the Financial Accounting Department. He next joined China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation (China Great Wall), where he served successively as Deputy GM and Deputy GM (in charge) of the Finance Department, GM of the No. 2 Asset Management Department, Party Secretary and GM of the Jinan Office, before he became the member of the CPC China Great Wall Committee, Assistant to President and Vice President of China Great Wall. Mr. Hu later became the Deputy Secretary of the CPC China Orient Committee and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors at China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Hu is a CPC member, holds a doctor’s degree and qualifies as senior accountant. He also works as a researcher and a PhD supervisor.  

Mr. Xu has been serving in his current position since January 2020.

Mr. Xu started his career at the Credit Department at the headquarters of the Bank of China (BOC). He then joined the China Orient Asset Management Corporation (China Orient), where he subsequently took the posts as the Assistant to GM of the Marketing Department; Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy GM (in charge) of the Orient Hotel Holding Co., Ltd.; Interim Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Chief of Liquidation Team of Minfa Securities; Member of the Party Committee and Deputy GM of Dongxi Securities; GM of Investment Department of China Orient; Deputy Party Secretary and GM of Dongxing Securities; Member of the CPC China Orient Committee, Assistant to President and Vice President of China Orient Asset Management Corporation; Member of the CPC China Orient Committee and Vice President of China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu is a CPC member, hold's a bachelor's degree and qualifies as an economist.

Mr. Zhu has been serving in his current position since March 2022.

Mr. Zhu began his career in June 2000 at CITIC Group Corporation, where he successively took the positions of Project Manager of the Finance Department and Project Manager of CITIC Australia Pty Limited. He was then appointed as Senior Project Manager, Senior Executive and Director of the Finance Department, Director and Assistant to the General Manager of the Treasury Department of CITIC Group Corporation. He is currently Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department of CITIC Group Corporation, Director of CITIC Industrial Investment Group Corp., Ltd., CITIC Engineering Design & Construction Co., Ltd. and CITIC Press Corporation. Mr. Zhu is a CPC member. With dual master’s degrees, he is a senior economist and certified public accountant of Australia.

Mr. Wen has been serving in his current position since August 2022.

Mr. Wen started his career in August 1985 at CITIC Industrial Bank’s Suzhou Branch, where he served as staff member of the Finance Department, Deputy Manager of Credit Review Department, Party Committee Member and Deputy Governor of Suzhou Branch；Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Governor of Dalian Branch. After CITIC Industrial Bank was renamed as China CITIC Bank, Mr. Wen became GM of Corporate Banking Department (concurrently served as GM of Small Enterprises Fiance Center), Party Secretary and Governor of Suzhou Branch, and GM of Shanghai Audit Center under Audit Department. He then successively took the positions of GM of Strategic Client Department and Credit Approval Department (concurrently as GM of Legal Preservation Department), as well as GM of Credit Execution Department.Mr. Wen is a CPC member, holds a Master’s degree in Economics and qualifies as a senior economist.

Mr. Gao has been serving in his current position since July 2019

Mr. Gao started his career at the headquarters of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), where he was subsequently in charge of the General Affairs Division in the General Office and Deputy Chief of the General Management Division. He then worked at China Huarong Asset Management Corporation (China Huarong). During this period of time, he served as the Deputy Division Chief, Senior Manager and Assistant to Director at the President Office; Deputy GM and Deputy GM (in charge) of the No. 2 Asset Management Department. He was then appointed as the Party Secretary and GM of China Huarong Shenyang Branch. He was Director of the HQ Reform Office, before he became the Deputy Party Secretary and President of Huarong Real Estate Co., Ltd. Later, he served as the GM of the Equity Management Department (now known as Equity Business Department) of China Huarong. Then he was the Party Secretary, Chairman of Huarong Ruitong Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd, and GM of China Huarong Equity Business Department concurrently. His other posts included the Party Secretary and Chairman of Huarong Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Huarong (HK) Industrial and Financial Investment Ltd.

Mr. Gao is a CPC member, holds a master’s degree and qualifies as a senior economist.

Mr. Cao has been serving in his current position since April 2022.

In September 1996, Mr. Cao enlisted in the Air Force Institute of Political Studies. Then he successively served as an officer of the Political Department of the Navy Weihai Coastal Guard Area; File Assistant, Officer (Deputy Battalion Commander level) and Secretary (Battalion Commander level) of Discipline Inspection Department of the  PLA General Political Department; Secretary (Deputy  Regimental Commander level) of General Office of the Central Military Commission’s Discipline Inspection Commission.
