Futures Asset Management

　　Under the approval of the CSRC, Huarong Futures Co., Ltd. (“Huarong Futures”) has a registered capital of RMB 320 million with Huarong Securities Co., Ltd. holding 92.5% of its shares. Huarong Securities is one of the investment arms of China Huarong.
